Welcome to the RSVLTS Affiliate Program. By joining our affiliate program, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. This agreement is designed to maintain the quality and integrity of our brand. Please read this agreement carefully before enrolling as an affiliate.### 1. Enrollment in the Program- To enroll in the affiliate program, you must submit a completed application via the RSVLTS website. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion.### 2. Commissions- Affiliates will earn a commission based on qualifying sales generated through their unique affiliate links. The commission rate is subject to change at any time, with or without notice.- Commissions are only paid on sales that are tracked through our affiliate system and indicate the affiliate as the source. No commission will be paid if the affiliate link is broken or not properly configured.### 3. Payments- Commissions will be paid monthly, provided the affiliate’s account balance is above the minimum threshold of $100. If the balance is below $100, it will roll over to the next month.- Payments will be made via the affiliate's selected payment method, subject to any applicable fees. RSVLTS reserves the right to deduct fees from the commission payments.### 4. Promotion and Marketing- Affiliates are required to adhere to RSVLTS brand guidelines in all promotional materials. Unauthorized use of RSVLTS trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property is strictly prohibited.- Affiliates must not engage in any form of spamming or other unethical marketing practices. Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding marketing and advertising.### 5. Termination- RSVLTS reserves the right to terminate an affiliate’s participation in the program at any time for any reason, including but not limited to breach of this agreement, fraudulent activity, or inactivity.- Upon termination, affiliates will forfeit any unpaid commissions if found in violation of these terms.### 6. Liability- RSVLTS will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with this agreement or the affiliate program.- Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold harmless RSVLTS, its subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from their participation in the affiliate program.### 7. Confidentiality- Affiliates may have access to confidential information, including but not limited to sales data, customer information, and marketing strategies. Affiliates agree to keep this information confidential and not disclose it to any third parties.### 8. Modifications to the Agreement- RSVLTS reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of this agreement at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes via email or through the affiliate dashboard. Continued participation in the program following any modifications will constitute acceptance of the new terms.### 9. Governing Law- This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law principles.### 10. Miscellaneous- This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between RSVLTS and the affiliate and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings. - If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.By enrolling in the RSVLTS Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
